Tracking for quantity confirmed during production order confirmation.

Hi Experts,

We want to have bar code on each and every finished product produced during production and want to track these at each and every operation. In this scenario, we have 3 operations. We are thinking of making FG material as serialized material and use serial number as barcode, but it has significance only at that time of GR and can't be automated at production order confirmation. How can we cope with such kind of scenarios?
