In SOST we could see Email as delivered but customer have not received EEmail.How to check it has failed any Table or report???

You can check the table & also check the SAP note 2678278 for status 73

Hi Pradeep.
If the SCOT shows that the mail is delivered(mail status show green) means there no issues in the SAP side, you have to do the troubleshoot in the mail server side.

The status is 73 in SCOT.
Still the customer have not received the invoice.
Can we able to check the same in SOES table?

Yeah i have checked it set as Only if Errors Occur' in field 'Request Notification.
What is the use of having status as Transmitted - XS718
