EWAs Java Systems are not sent to SAP

Hi All,

we have setup EWA alert in such a way that all reports come to Solution manager and reports has to be forwarded to SAP.

the sent to SAP is checked for all PROD systems and the IT admin role is Production in LMDB.

all EWAs are genarted in Solution Manager but only ABAP System are sent to SAP and Java not.

can you please help why the JAVA Systems EWA session reports are not sent to SAP.

please guide.
