Enhance Customer Return Notification in SAP ByDesign

Hi,

I have a requirement to enhance the New Customer Return Notification in SAP ByDesign. Currently standard does not allow to change the Ship-To location in the transaction. However, the expectation of my requirement is to change the Ship-to location to a specific value. I checked the repository browser for customer returns business objects enhancement options however, I didn't find any. Is there any other way to enhance the Customer Return Notification.

Any input is greatly appreciated.
