Process Chain was active. Step "Is the Previous Run in the Chain Still Active" is always active now

Hallo,

My requirement is to do the way 1 if the process chain1 (s.Attachment) active, and to do the way 2 if it not running now. Multiple process chains are being scheduled daily at different time and each process chain shares sub process process chain1

The process chain1 was active ( at 12:22:23 s. process-chain.png).

Now if a process chain1 is runnig, the step "Is the Previous Run in the Chain Still Active" always says, that a process chain1 is still active. And the process chain1 goes only the way 1. For many times. The way 2 is not used.

Is it because of yellow status?

There is no record for a Step 7 in the Table RSPCPROCESSLOG (s.rspcprocesslog.png), We can not use RSPC_PROCESS_FINISH, because we don't have variant and instant from step 7.

Please help me to make the status from process chain green and to use the function "Is the Previous Run in the Chain Still Active" correctly
