SAP B1 9.3 HANA Browser Access-Cost Center fields disappear

SAP Business One HANA 9.3 PL08 32 bit, using SAP web browser access link to access SAP, randamly will encounter the issue at sales documents, e.g. Sales Quotation, Sales Order and AR Invoice, the 'Cost Center' fields are suddenly disappear, tried go to 'Form Setting' and the fields are also disappear. The users often have to logout from SAP, clear cache and restart the PC, then the fields will appear again.

The issue happen to almost all users randamly, though may not be the same timing.

Anyone of you experienced the same thing before? How to fix the issue?
