Calculation type I in SAP SD pricing condition type

Can you please tell how the Discount is applied when the Pricing condition type has Calculation type as I - Percentage (Travel Costs).

Thank you for response. Yes you are right. Its not calculating 100%, but could you please help to understand whats the percentage considered?

For example if Base price is 120 and discount condition type with I is maintained as 10%, instead of calculating the value as 12 , its calculating as 10.91.

Probably, you could have tested this with an example so that you will come to know how it is working. Normally, the pricing condition with calculation type I should not be 100% and having said that, please test with some percent for this with discount. Share the outcome.
