SAP Successfactor LAST_MODIFIED_ON

Hi Experts,

I am new to SuccessFactors and I am asked to review standard kronos package "Packaged Integration - SF EC to Kronos" which does query compound employee

While reviewing the iflow I could not understand the use of below header and external parameters

1) KR_LAST_MODIFIED_ON

2) ECKR_LAST_MODIFIED_ON

3) person_id_external

4) hourlyPicklistCode

Please help understand the need and usage of these parameters in iflow

I have gone through the complete iflow and could not understand the usage of these headers, so reached the community for an quick high level expert advise

Dear Sunny,

I would suggest you to go through the complete iflows.

Also just a note wrt "Points will be awarded" comment,most of community members would be trying to help out other consultant during their busy schedule and also its members ( whoever asks questions ) responsibility to accept right answer or upvote helpful one.
