who and where updated planning version

I'm working for a customer on the demand planning with SAP Analytics cloud.

We are stetting up TASKS with the SAC Calendar to several account managers who need to update their planning for the coming weeks.

Now the planning manager wants to have an overview of who (which account manager) changed the planning where (on what productID, on what months

How could I trace back who has changed what in my planning version?

Is using the comments on a cel the only way?

Did you enable data audit in model settings? If yes, then check the data changes log.

Another way is to keep a snapshot (copied) version and use that as reference to show variances.

That's it Jan... Data Audit... not a nice report, which is better viewed when you download it to excel... but it is supposed to do the job.

If the Reviewer want to review the changes and approve, he need to old vs the new value side by side.

6. To display the report, your user ID must be assigned to a role that grants Read permission on the Data Change Log.

1. Browse yr Model, goto your model preferences

2. Access and Privacy: Enable Data Audit and Save Model

3. Change something i the Planning version eg. + 5%

4. Goto Security, Data Changes, select yr model

5. your changes are represented in tabular form
