Can we create Rules in SAP DQM for Profit Centre

Hello Experts,

We have requirement to configure SAP DQM (Rule Management) for Profit centre and Internal Orders.

Need your expert advise on this, will SAP DQM support for these objects.

How can we create custom objects in SAP DQM
