How to show Values in two columns on one page (as a continuation)

Hello, I am curious if it possible to show on one report page two columns with the the one object. I mean that right column will be a contiuation of the left column.

For example I have page that is showing some specification of the product. Now the BO report is creating 4 pages to show all the values. And I want to limit the number of pages to 2 and put two columns on the one page.

Any ideas? Maybe it's a easy but I am beginner in BO matter 🙂

Hi,

By default business objects webi report will display 100 rows and 20 columns per page, height and width of a page will set up automatically.

You have to change these properties.

Go to Page setup tab in Design with data mode and change properties.

Display - Set the required values for rows & columns (2).

Scale to Page - Set Width & Height as 2 pages.

In Display tab there is a Page mode option, here preview the sample output of configured properties . This is the actual output which will see once export the data in file as an user.

Try to play around with these options.

Thanks

Hi, thanks for your reply. Today I have second approach to this problem.. and have same issue.
Actually I can not change number of columns for less than 20. (20 is set by default)
I am able only to increase this number... same with row numbers - default is set for 100 and I can only add more rows for page)

any ideas/tips? 🙂
