Different product price in a cart.


There's a product with a updated price row. A customer bought this product.
Its base price in the cart is still the old price.

What's the possible reason?

I've checked that the price row is activated in that time range. Also, nothing related to customer group is set for price row. Other customer could actually buy the same product with updated price.
