KOB5/KSB5 : how to add standard fields, exemple WS element

Hi expert,

I have a request to add a standard field (for example WS element) on the ALV result on KOB5 transaction.

This field should normally be available in the options for the 'Change Layout' as per the screen shot below. But on this client I cant find those available fields even though we are on version EHP8.

I am not trying to add any user-defined/custom fields in the result as described in the note 325546, I am trying to add an existing standard field that is already present at the level of the internal order.

Can you please guide me on how to implement this though configuration or any note present instead handing over to development team that would most probably go for some extension or enhancement ?

Thanks,

Deenesh R.

Hello r010101010

Please check if all the instructions as per OSS Note # 359691 are implemented in your system.

Hello sanil.bhandari,

I have the client to implement this note as its not not in scope to use OSS on this projet...

As soon as its completed, I will inform you.

Thanks for your help.

Project without OSS notes implementation is not likely to fly...

Hi,

After implementation of the note, I found that that he WS Element field now accessible but not for some Orders. Even if they are of the same type.

Any guess from someone sanil.bhandari paulo.vitoriano eli.klovski ?

Thanks

Hi,

You have this information in 'Object' field. Whenever you have a controlling document, this field is filled with the relevant controlling object, e.g. internal order, WBS, cost centre, etc. So, unless you want to add some other information to KSB5 report, you should be satisfied with the 'Object' field.

Eli
