Dynamic inspection

Hello Gurus!

I want to know if it is possible for SAP to do a Dynamic inspection based on historical production data.

Example, I have 50 part numbers I produce, some have higher demand than others, Requirements:

I need to inspect 10% of production for each day trying to get a mix of the PN's produced.(not inspect same PN twice unless samples covered all PN's). I also need to electrical test 1 of each PN produced in that month.

I produce and ship the following day, so there may be a case where I produce a PN "today" and I won't produce it again in two months or more. So I need to test that PN, I cannot see more that one week demand but may use historical data that can help identify low runners.

Today the production line supervisor will determine what is inspected and tested based on the orders that have been placed, I need for the system (SAP) to do this activity automatically. Is this possible?

I would say yes, you can do this,

DMR would be at the characteristic level.

The plan DMR criteria would be "Material"

Your reset days in the rule would be 1 day.

Your number of skips probably 999.

Quality level should be "at lot creation" probably.

Fixed sample size of 10%.

For the electrical test, same as above but reset after 30 days. fixed sample size of 1.
