Is there any standard GUI function or Fiori App to track PO Changes ?

Hi SAP Gurus,

I am working on a project where client wants to know if we have any standard GUI function or Fiori App to track PO changes or which we can use to extract PO change history report.

Hi Arun,

Actually all PO changes are recorded in SAP, on your PO document, click on Environment => Document Header/Item => Header/Item Changes, here you will see the log changes of your PO document

I hope this will clarify your question.
