Getting "Role XXX does not exist" message while during role comparison

Hi Experts,

I am comparing roles from GRC production to GRC development sytem.

I have logged in to GRC production system for comparing roles. However I am getting Information message that Role XXX does not exist were as the role exists in both GRC dev and GRC prd system.

I have tried searching the relevant forums for this issue, however didnt get any information.

Can someone please help on this issue.
