BRF+ Idoc Configuration

We have configured, IDoc channel for application type Purchase Orders, and assigned it to the specific business partner.

When the PO is created, saved and released the Idoc is processed successfully to the RFC port created and the process works fine, however when we change (Qnty/Price) in the PO , release is re triggered however Idoc is not. Did anyone face this issue before?
