Hi all, we are trying to migrate sales contract using Migration Cockpit Direct from ECC to S4Hana 1909 SP02, but while we are selecting data for some contracts VBAP is not extracted from source system while VEDA or VBUP tables with item details are fully extracted. For that reason during migration we are facing that issue: Item does not exist (V1 331); Error in VBAPKOM (V4 248).
Do you have any suggestion how to solve? Is there any way to check the temporary table created by Migration Cockpit to check contents?
Thanks!
Luca
Hello Luca,
As a first step, you can check if there are any filters or technical restrictions assigned to the table in the data model. For doing this, you have to login to the backend S/4HANA system and execute LTMOM transaction. You will be able to select your project and navigate in the hierarchy to find the data model.
For more details on how to use LTMOM, please refer to the OpenSAP course :

You can also refer the blog:
Since you mentioned that the data is selected from VEDA but not from VBAP, you can see that VEDA is child table of VBAP. Hence data is first selected from parent and then from child table by comparing the linked fields(foreign key). We need to look into the system for the issue you mentioned. Can you please raise an incident with component CA-DT-MIG?

Madhavi
