ExtensionPackage by command line

Hi experts,

I'm trying to use the ExtensionPackage.exe by command line. Everything seems ok but I have a problem concerning folders (folder at the same level as my exe). All content of this folder is not packaged. When i open the ard file (present on the zip generated by the command line), files under my folder are checked but the foldes themselves not...

Did you already encountered this issue?
