Reporting incidents template

Hi,

I have used to work for SAP and I remember on the creation of an incident we had a template form where we can describe very precise in a few questions how to reproduce the error, location, print screens.. etc

Could you help me with such a "incident report template" ?

I don't really understand why you say "very precise". I would say that the template is "very general", something like that:

  • Short title
  • Application Component
  • Search existing SAP notes
  • Impact on business
  • System where the issue occurs and login data
  • Steps how to reproduce
  • What is considered wrong
  • What is expected
  • Your name, how to contact you, when
  • Etc.
