SAP Sales order is not reflecting in MD04 after reason of rejection is removed

SAP Sales order is not reflecting in MD04 after reason of rejection is removed.

I have a business scenial like this, first we create a sales order via BAPI, then the order might be rejected with a reason code via BAPI, again the order might be opened by the reason of rejection removal. However some time after we remove the reason of rejection, the sales order is not reflected in MD04, neither the table entry VBBE.

Please kindly advise.
