We have one user who has configured her iPhone to receive business emails. So she receives the emails for approvals w.r.t. various business activities being performed in CRM application since she holds the sales executive / approver position at Org.But whenever she tries to approve it from her iPhone (using deafult email app) she faces issues, the approval does not happen at all. Although she can approve it from her business email as usual.
