connect to MS Teams to Contact Center for the VoIP

We are in the process of building a SAP Contact Center system. As Skype is going to be phased out , is there a document that talks about the details how to connect to MS Teams to Contact Center for the VoIP configuration?

    Hello Jukka,

    not sure what exactly Ajay is looking for (probably using Teams for voice channel) but I think at least successor of OBI integration would be a good start :-)... There are customers using presence synchronization between SAP CCtr and MS Skype for Business but they are more less migrating to MS Teams..
