First of all, this is my first question here, I am hoping to use the
correct terminology.
In many Work Centers we are able to link to objects such as customer
accounts and contacts from data obtained using the IDs from web services and
analytical reports over Odata. Is it possible to create external application
hyperlinks to specific workcenter views and/or OWL?
The usecase is as follows:
We send a reminder email using an internal E-Mail notification tool
(external to ByD) to remind our colleagues to complete some actions before a
defined time, the time is contained within the email and based on internal
logic, as is when the logic of when the email should be sent.
Noted that there could other improvements to this process on an
organizational level, we would like to be able to directly link from within the
email directly to the:
Self Services - Edit Timesheet
Project Management - Approvals
Managing My Area - Approvals
If this is possible, a link to the relevant documentation or a few
correctly formulated example URLs would be of great help.
