SAP Cloud for Customer Integration Strategy

Hello,

We are working with a customer that is preparing Digital Transformation so customer wants to implement C4C Service Cloud to engage with their customers related to complaints, claims and so on. Customer is already in preliminary phase to upgrade as well from ERP to S4, but wants to go-live C4C Service before S4 implementation is done.

At this point we need to present the best solution to first integrate C4C Service with 2 different SAP ERP’s (April 2021) and then approximately in October/November 2021 plug-in C4C with SAP S/4HANA (one system).

We are thinking about go-live with 2 SAP ERP’s integrated with 1 C4C productive tenant, then for the S4 integration ask for a new tenant as a copy (from productive tenant) as a permanent tenant without master and transactional data since there will be a data conversion activity and use Data Workbench in order to load (already with data conversion) transactional data after a initial master data (BP’s, products, etc) load from S4 quality system. Ask for new Productive Tenant as a copy from permanent tenant without master and transactional data and proceed with loads as before.

Could anyone please tell us if our approach is correct and feasible? Or do you recommend another approach? Anyone facing/faced something similar?

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,

André

Dear andre.correia.reis,

It depends on your license as to how many production tenants and test tenants you can hold. The approach seems to be fine.
