Campaign using direct e-mail attachment not recieved

Hi

We are sending mass e-mail using Campaign Direct e-mail functionality.

The file attached in the attachment tab is not delivered to the recipient.

Please clarify on how to send the flyers and brochures as attachment using Direct e-mail.

Hello Latha,

In order to use the Mass Email/Campaign functionality, you need to activate the Mass Email functionality for your respective tenant for the respective sub-domains.

To activate the mass email functionality you need to create incident to SAP Support with the details given in the Blog, for further details please refer to the below KBA and Blog.

This Blog: https://blogs.sap.com/2015/03/28/cloud-for-customer-mass-e-mail-activation/ is Explicitly created for the Cloud for Customer, however same procedure is applicable for the Business ByDesign tenants.

Once the activation is done for the sub-domain, you can send the Campaign emails and emails will be delivered to recipients successfully.

Firstly, the E-mail and Fax Settings configuration is completed with a particular domain for testing. Following documentation helps in the configuration.

Next, the contact details should sync well across the processes such as the target groups and account management then campaign execution will have correct details. SAP ByD Add-In should help all contacts to integrate with the outlook. This gives a seamless integration between contacts in SAP Byd and outlook. It helps in day to day activities which is referred to as Activity Management. If you face issues at this stage, refer to SAP ByD Synchronization errors in Outlook to resolve.
