Configure ECC sales order search with S/4 HANA in C4C

Hello Experts,

We are trying to configure the "ECC sales order search" in C4C with S/4HANA to manage complaints process with S/4 backend. While doing so, we couldn't find any Sales Order query related integration by standard for C4C and S/4 as it does for SAP ECC.

Has anyone already setup this functionality? or encountered a similar issue?

Any thoughts are much appreciated.

Hello rocky.sharma1994,

ECC search in standard doesnt exist with S4HANA. You may need to reuse the model that exist for ERP. Below is something i found in google which may help you to find which communication scenarios needs to be activated in C4C. You may need to contact SAP to activate scoping if it is deprecated on UI.
