Info Structure doesn't appear in MCVV

Dear Experts,

In LIS, we have made several new Update Groups as follows:
Z00001 Standard Order
Z00002 Standard Invoice
Z00003 Return Order
Z00004 Debit Memo
Z00005 Credit Memo

Then, we made new info structures of S512, S612 and S712. For S512, we've assigned Update Groups from Z00002 until Z00005.

When Billing was made in QA client, the STAFO field in both VBRK and VBRP were updated with Z00002, which is correct.
However, the data from the Billing document isn't there when I checked using MCSI S512.

I tried using MCVV, input the same Billing document. Info Structure S512 isn't listed in MCVV result.
When I clicked Analysis button, for S512, these messages are as follow:

Update program for info structure S512: RMCX0015
Update program for info structure S512: RMCX0016

The question:
Why S512 only looks for Update Group Z00004 and Z00005? Update Group Z00002 and Z00003 have been assigned to S512 and they have "Active" status.

How to get S512 to process Update Group Z00002 and Z00003 properly in QA?

This case doesn't happen in DEV client as MCVV shows S512 with 4 Update Groups properly:

It turns out there's a transport error about missing custom column, and apparently, the custom column is used by Update Group Z00002 and Z00003; and somehow the Basis team didn't tell us that there's transport error. We asked the ABAP team to transport the custom column to QA client, re-transported the Info Structure configuration and there's no error.
