Getting dumps while attaching log csv

Getting - CNTL_ERROR - CL_GUI_HTML_VIEWER============CP - Getting Error while attaching log csv to send mail function.

Getting dumps in ST22 , but only in pre -prod instance only , development and prod have same version of code we ar enot getting any dumps their.

Any clues to crack this will help.
