LT22 - Sort by Confirmation Status

Hello,

I run LT22 each morning to see number of lines confirmed each day and note the average lines per day for that month. But I am having issues filtering out the deleted or Trash Canned TOs. Does anyone know what value the filter requires in SAP, or how to make it display a filterable value in excel?

LT22 presents data in the form of ALV list. Therefore you can freely define the report layout i.e. its columns, sort criteria and filters. The layout can be saved and specified in the selection screen of LT22. Refer to SAP Help for details on ALV layouts SAP List Viewer for SAP GUI (Classic)

So you can define an ALV layout sorting or filtering transfer orders by confirmation status and use it each morning when you run LT22.

If your requirement is to sort within SAP then you can set the filter on confiramtion status and save this as a variant if you will extract into excel then you

In case of extract into excel, confirmation status appears as a picture hence you won't be able to set filter into Excel
