SAP PM - Work Order & Notification Interlock Mandatory Fields

Hello all,

I have a challenge to make some fields mandatory so that they interlock the WO report saving if some fields are not filled.

Considering SAP Standard solution, how could I clear that to avoid miss mandatory information.

Practically, when the user is closing the PM Order or saving a Maint. Notification (Malfunction or Activity Report) the system should interlock and avoid the saving if some specific field is set as mandatory. If during the PM execution he/she finds any failure and register it somehow in the system, SAP should interlock if the malfunction notification was not created.

Is that possible to do it somehow in SAP standard solution?

Sorry, but I'm a beginner and not familiarized with SAP PM.
