81170xxx is billing document at 21.06.2020. Then we canceld it by date 19.06.2020 and generate new number 90000xxx. 81170xxx still appeare in AR balance, not cancel. What should i do?

are you sure that you really canceled the invoice 81170xxx ?
These should be visible in the status and in the transaction history of the particular CRM Billing invoice. It's quite remarkable that the billing date of the cancellation billing document is before the billing date of the original invoice. Normally, this cannot be the case.
