Approve Reject button in Item level is disable

Hi all,

This is a question to All SRM experts in this forum. I am posting this prob third time as so far i have not got any solution, still looking for a solution.

please help.....

The Approve and reject button is disable in Item level. even though its enable in header level and working fine.

Can anybody tell what can be the possible error.

I have copied the item level approval WF 145000015 and trying to customized it as per requirement. I have created a new task and assigned it to the first level.

Any help will be appreciated.

hi smita,

i am also working on same workflow ( WS14500015 ) . can you please help me ? i have seen the OSS Notes '777133' for restart workflow from Badi , but i couldn't get much information from that can you please give me some hints how you implemented that logic.

i will be grateful for you if you open and answer my post subject as 'Item-Level Worklfow ( WS14500015 ) '

Hi Yann,

I have created a task and for that I am maintaining attributes EC_DECISION and EC_MAIL.

And the Approve and Reject button is working fine at the header level. But the Radio button at the Item level 'Approved' and 'Rejected' are disable.

What else do i need to do to enable it?

I am maintaining the tsak entry in SWL1. This thread was posted by me. that was for header level approve and reject button.

Pls suggest me what i am missing for the item level rejected and approved button to make enable.
