Hi All ,
im using BPA 9.1.5.5 and my issue is spool authorization . i have a SAP batch user (Eg: SAP_BATCH) to run jobs via redwood.
So if i run a job via redwood and enter spool recipient (email address) using SAP_AbapRunPrint and SAP_AbapRunPrintExt definitions . i observed the spool is sent to the user irrespective of the users access in SAP (back end system S4 ) .
Is there any variable or parameter like a restriction i can use in redwood so that only the users or the usergroups who have access in backed S4 system can access the spool or notify when creating a job in redwood saying "the user does not have access to view the spool .
Regards,
Swetha
