how to include Terminated employee in regular payroll

When I run central regular payroll, it should also show the Financial impact of final settlements of withdrawn employees during the month

Hi Muhammad,

In the wage type reporter, under section "other selections", click on object selection and choose Org unit from available objects and drag it to object selected. Now execute the report.

Hi Muhammad, If you want to ensure the report returns the comparison of previous month to current month, then I'd suggest you to change the offcycle category to "01" for the offcycle reason you select for processing termination. You can do this in table "V_T52OCR". Let me know how you go.

Dear Trinath Balla,

Thanx for your support. In fact problem i have been facing is that i want comparison as department wise but PC00_M99_CWTR returns output in wage type wise which is accurate but format i need in department wise instead of wage type wise. Can u suggest solution???

Dear Balasubramanian,

We settle the terminated employees using off-cycle payroll, but problem arises when regular payroll of that month is executed and our Accounts department demands comparison of this month salary sheet with the previous month and this comparison is incomplete unless we include financial impact of terminated employees in it. I want to include this financial impact in the comparison and this is the core issue for which I need solution.

Hi,

You can use "Payroll Status" Infotype 0003 with the field "Run Payroll Upto" to run payroll beyond their termination. But ensure that, their Basic pay infotype 0008 is delimiited as of their termination date.

How do you settle the terminated employees (using off-cycle payroll or regular payroll?). Unless we understand your Actions infotypes and other infotype values, then only it is possible to suggest.

Hi, Off-cycle payroll needs to be posted separately and it cannot be combined in regular payroll gl posting. You may need to create separate report using wage type reporter pc00_m99_cwtr for comparision.

Thanx for ur support pc00_m99_cwtr is really helpful. But I have solution of below 2 issues in it:

1. It doesn't merge Off-cycle payrolls (i.e Full & Final Pay in the Regular pay comparison)

2. It shows wage type data only, our requirement is that comparison should show department wise

Can u plz help.
