Manage Usage decision Fiori app-F2345 - Stock posting possibility

Dear Experts,

  • In S/4 HANA 1909- While using the 'Manage usage decision' app - F2345', finding the Usage decision code possibility to inspection lot & not finding the 'Inspection stock tab' , with this finding limitation in the posting split quantity. ( is the app only intended to UD with auto stock posting proposal only?)
  • We have tried with removing Stock posting proposal ID for Selected set UD code to verify the Inspection stock tab is enabling with ref to UD code, not able to find.
  • As per below SAP help.com, found the limitation of Manage usage decision app for Batch managed , Serial numbers, QM-EWM.,

https://help.sap.com/viewer/2bc3ee8d1c83404e8cf62418640004f2/1909.002/en-US/85fae2574096f432e10000000a441470.html

  • As per above SAP link , it is found that this app supports stock postings & split the stock postings.
  • We can able to find the Inspection stock tab in QA11 transaction code app. Please suggest that we have to use QA11 transactional app only to post the Quantities & Split quantities? .

Thanks & Regards,

Theja

    Hi Dharma Theja Kavuturu,

Manage usage decision doesn't have stock posting tab like "Record usage decision(QA11)".

If the Business using Automatic stock posting based on UD Code then we can use "Manage usage decision app"

If the business requirement to do partial stock posting, then use "Record usage decision(QA11)" GUI tile instead of "Manage usage decision" Fiori app
