SAP CAI Webhook call Error

I am trying to call a web page (no authentication) using the webhook option in SAP CAI.

Hi raghus ,

You are only using the relative path of the Webhook. You need to give the full url like https://...com/.

can you please confirm the url you had given in the webhook

Hi raghus,

what is actually your expectation when adding a webhook to google.com? Webhooks need to return JSON in a pre-defined structure, so it cannot work with some URL that returns HTML.

Yes, you need the full URL. Or you can provide the base URL under Settings > Versions > (version) > Bot Builder.
