Object Registration Wizard - how to remove child linked table?

Hi!

I have added a child table to my UDO using User-Defined Object Registration wizard - step "Linking additional child user tables". My new table causes some issues (another story....) and for the moment I would like to unlink it from my UDO. I can see that checkboxes in "Linking additional child user tables" step are all greyed out. Am I able to unregister the table at all?

Maybe that is important: my UDO is highly customized in Visual Studio.

version: SAP B1 9.3 for Hana
