Cannot generate ICF information from SOAP information

Hi,

We are making authentication method changes to existing soamanager webservice.

earlier it was set to Transport channel authentication (User id/Password)

Now we made it to Message authentication (Single sign on using SAML)

When saved the config, it is giving error like

Activation failed, ICF: Cannot generate ICF information from SOAP information[System is not prepared for WS Security authentication (note 1319507)]

Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
