I work with Bo 4.2 sp7.
when i started scheduling a report i got the following error message:
Destination disabled. []: [CrystalEnterprise.Smtp]. Please note the name of the Job Server used for your query, then contact your system administrator to make sure the specified destination is enabled. (FWB 00031)
In the ( Cmc => AdaptiveJobServer => Destination), I do not find the "Electronic mail" to inform the informations of the Smpt.
I restarted all the server and yet the "Electronic mail" does not go up. I only find "BI inbox"

what should i do so that the option "Electronic mail" display in "Destination" for i can fill in the smtp info?
