CPI Trial Account - Design View Issue - Workspace could not be loaded

Hello,

I have 20 days left for the trial account subscriptions.

However, whenever I click on Design view I get this pop-up error today. It was accessible 2 days back.

Hi ,

Same issue i was also facing but this is server error please refresh the page again and again it will work fine

Hi,

I had this issue today too. I tried open this page in another browser, Firefox in my case, and it worked.

Hello,

You can try to use Firefox instead of Chrome. (it fixed my issue). Also, please make sure your user got assigned the required roles (see details in this topic)

Hi! I'm having the same issue here... and changing the browser didn't fix the problem.

Apology, I don't have the solution. I gave up on trial account.

All I got in response after a week that -

"This might have been a temporary issue. Your account looks fine from our end. Can you please confirm if you are still facing this issue?"

Facing the problem too. Started around 3 hours ago. 5 hours ago it worked without a problem.

Yesterday the issue fixed itself for me. I think this is issue on SAP side, we really can't do anything about it. We can just report and wait.

Hi ,

i was also getting the same error unauthorized but now its working for me, this is internet issue. close the browser completely and start again it will work.

And adding on , today all the trail tenant is not work i tried for so long . And then now its working for me .

1. Switching browser from Chrome to Firefox worked.

However, Getting this new error now the roles are properly mapped and it was working 2 days back. I really don't understand what is happening.
