Dear all, I am not able to face the login issue in BOE CMC and BOE BI Launch Pad;
I checked all issue descriptions in here but none was a solution for me...
So what happened: I restarted my bo-server due to some windows updates and found the error:
Account information not recognized: Could not reach CMS 'DFFMZS1358:6405'. Specify the correct host and port and check for network issues. (FWM 20030)
both with CMC and BI LaunchPad.
I checked and found all needed ports (range 6400 - 6410) open with telnet. I entered IP instead of hostname, I checked in task manager for cms.exe (it was not present), I stopped tomcat, stopped sia, restarted tomcatm restarted sia... I checked for cms.exe again (still not present) started it from windows\win64_x64.
I can porperly logon do server management in ccm and all bo-servers are up and running properly (all shown a running and enabled).
The account for the logon is user named Administrator and this works in ccm but not in cms and bi launchpad, also other users do not function in ccm and bi...
Has anyone a solution for me... it is urgent because it is a productive system and users are not able to work anymore.
