Android 4.2.2 devices cannot enroll to Afaria 7 SP28 server

Hi,

I have Afaria 7 SP28 server and I cannot enroll Android 4.2.2 devices to my server by using Secure Mobile app.

There is no log neither server nor clint side . Just connection not successful

Is there is any debug problem or 4.2.2 is not supported?

HI Tevfik,

The Android 4.2.2 is still supported. Check the IIS log on the server and see if you see the enrollment attempt from the device at the time you tried. Android is a client=10.

Enrollment can be complex, so are you using the tiny URL or the long url? Does any message pop up on the device? Try the other method than the one you are using, and make sure you have the latest client from the play store.
