users are getting blank screens in sus

Hi Gurus,

This is an odd one. About a week ago, a number of our suppliers started having problems with SUS. When they would log in, the portal would give them our logo at the top, and some of the framework visuals. But no folders, and no SUS material.

After a lot of dead-end investigations, we figured out that if the problem users switched to Firefox, everything worked fine. So this raises a few questions. When *I* log into SUS via IE11 or Chrome, even using the ID of one of the suppliers, everything looks fine. Also, some of the affected users have been on these other browsers for over a year with no issue.

Anyone ever see anything like this? Anyone have any idea why this is happening? We have users with identical portal/SRM roles that aren't having problems.

I've attached a screenshot. Other than blanking out the URL and our logo, this is what the user sees with Chrome/IE11.
