SAP Cloud Connector and Sub account Configuration - 403 Handshake Failed Error

Hello,

I am getting error at Define Subaccount level. so I checked in SAP Cockpit, sub account and roles both.

Tried with and without tenant id in the subaccount and clicked on Save however got the error.

I couldn't download the mentioned SAP note 2697152 due to non-availability of S-user however I checked log file and found 403 Error.
