While Installing 2005 recipes I'm getting errors.

I have created a cx_for_spa recipe by making a copy of the cx recipe and uncommenting for spartacussampledataaddon extensions.

Following commands, I have used
1. install.bat -r cx_for_spa setup ------ run successfully

2.install.bat -r cx_for_spa initialize ----gives an error

  • Is that the only error message you got? No errors / stacktrace before or after that? Also, what Java version are you using?

It has to do with the parameter : build.parallel in the, if you set that to false it will work (but take a long time) , at least this fixed this issue for me.

    Hi Aniket Deshmukh,

On hybris initialization there is a BUG! that stops the process. It has to do with groovy tests coming OOTB.

Go to \hybris-commerce-suite-2005\hybris\bin\modules\platform\groovynature\buildcallbacks.xml and comment the following lines:

Line 39, 41: Those load the testsrc and webtestsrc classes

Line 68 to 70: groovy_compile for groovytestsrc, and finally

Line 90 to 93: again groovy_compile for groovytestsrc

    Hope it helps
