Report - Balance Audit Trail | Add Fields Employee ID & Employee Name Below General Entry Item

Hello experts,

SAP ByDesign

Report: Balance Audit Trail

Fields not Found in this Report : ”Journal Entry” > “Journal Entry Item” > ”EmployeeID” and ”EmployeeName”

The report does not show the Employee ID and Employee Name Fields

Follow the explanations.

1. Navigate to Report

a. General Ledger > Reports

b. Scroll and select “Balance Audit Trail” Report.

c. Click “View With” > “WebBrowser”.

2. Add Fields

a. In Manual search and the search filter

i. Notice: There is no result below ”Journal Entry” > “Journal Entry Item”> ”EmployeeID”

* on search filter: “Employee ID” - The other options are not Relevant

This field ”Journal Entry” > “Journal Entry Item” > ”EmployeeID” & ”EmployeeName” is Requires to have in the report.

how can I add This 2 fields to the report :

1. EmployeeID

2. EmployeeName

I would like to hear suggestions on how to solve this problem
