Single Sign-On email case

We have configured Single Sign On for SAP Analytics Cloud. Our email format (case) doesn't match the format stored in SaC. When changing the format in SaC to the correct case format it always reverts to lower case once the person accepts the changes via an auto email from SaC.

How can we ensure the the case on email matches?
