SAP Ariba Integration with Microsoft Dynamics

We are trying to integrate Ariba Upstream/Downstream with multiple ERP's - 1 SAP S4H and other Microsoft Dynamics. For SAP S4H we have completed the Integration.

However to Integrate Master data/Organizational data from Microsoft Dynamics I am trying to use the web service https://s3.ariba.com/Sourcing/fileupload?realm=XXXXX-T, but the ping to web service fails. Does any one have any information on how to use the web services to integrate master data from other ERP's.
