SAP cloud platform > document information extraction

Hi, I am using SAP cloud platform trial account for the tutorial on Document information extraction but I do not see the entitlement for 'Document Information extraction'. I believe this is a service instance for creating a document extraction service based on AI. Is there anyone working on this entitlement ?

Hi Abhishek, while creating a subaccount on your trial please choose AWS region EU10 (Frankfurt). The service entitlement should be there. Best regards, Tomasz

Dear Tomasz,

since a month the initial trial subaccount is created in US10. But with some effort it seems to be possible to create still a EU10 subaccount, move the entitlements and then start there. I don't understand why SAP makes it again harder to start with SAP CP.

In the next weeks Document Information Extraction should also be available on US10. I hope this makes it easier to test and use the service.
